mobile occupational therapy

Serving Palm Beach County, FL area. Mobile therapy is where the outpatient services come to you. You don’t have to leave the comfort of your home, worry about getting to your appointment, or if you will be too tired once you get there. Offering Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy (Coming Soon) 60 minute sessions We are a Medicare provider and will determine medical necessity as appropriate. All other insurances are considered out of network. We verify insurance and let you know the best plan moving forward. Book your consultation now to find out what path is right for you.

Wellness and Maintenance programs

Wellness and Maintenance is designed to help you continue to get better, stay better, and reduce the risk of re-occuring injury. If you no longer qualify for skilled services this may be a more appropriate option for you to continue to improve your health journey. Stay healthy and stay out of the hospital with medical trained therapists. It’s always wise to keep a continuum of care with CPR certified, and medically trained therapists who can check vitals as needed. Having a medical professional involved in your wellness and maintenance is paramount to achieving optimal health.

Health Coaching

Do you have uncontrolled blood pressure? Obesity? A complex medical history and unsure someone can help you be a better you? Health coaching is not just for those who want to lose weight. What you eat, when you eat, when you exercise, sleep, etc., are all important. Everyone is different. What works for one person doesn’t work for another. Let’s create a plan that works for you. One size DOES NOT fit all. Health coaching helps YOU develop new habits the easy way. It’s time we look at movement and exercise BUT also everything else. We start with an initial comprehensive assessment to gather data and create a completely customized plan for you.

Mobile Occupational Therapy for Movement Disorders

LSVT BIG and PWR Moves inspired Occupational Therapy to improve function and independence in day to day life. Working closely with conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease and Dementia, OT at home can improve ADLs, independence, and prevent falls, and improve safety.

When improving upper extremity dysfunction, it’s important to look at the whole upper quadrant to really improve function throughout the upper body. Many times the root cause can be elsewhere. As OTs, we look at those with upper body dysfunction from a holistic lens, which can help you get better and stay better.

Consultations are designed to help caregivers and/or spouses improve their ability to help their loved one with chronic or progressive conditions. It’s not easy, however, as Occupational Therapists, we are specifically trained in adaptive strategies, equipment needs, and strategies to help decrease stress and improve functional outcomes..
